Warranty and post-warranty
Despite all the care we give our installations, it can in rare cases cause a malfunction. In this case, you must use the complaint.
Complaints can be filed through our service centers: ASW Systems as headquarters and branch Moravia.
The agreed warranty period is specified on the transfer or service protocol. Transfer Protocol is also the guarantee certificate.
We ask customers to complain without delay .
Hardware Warranty Terms
We provide a warranty on manufacturing and material defects but we do not give it in cases where the defect is caused by mechanical damage, natural disaster or mishandling.
Receive hardware for warranty repairs or exchanges are carried out at the headquarters or branch ASW Moravia Systems a. s., if not agreed differently with the customer. You can deliver hardware personally or you can send it by mail or other delivery service. Please note, that in case of repairs outside the headquarters or the Moravian branch of our company, we are entitled to charge travel expenses and labor costs and other expenses related to disconnecting and connecting according to the current price list.
Repairs or replacement of computers are performed within 48 hours from the delivery to the registered office. Repairs of peripherals (cash registers, printers, monitors, etc…) are made within 48 hours, if we have a stock reserves of their parts. If a replacement part is not in stock, peripheral is sent to manufacturer, and repair will be done within 30 days from receiving the complaint hardware.
ASW Systems a. s. has hardware that is ready to rent according to the terms of the maintenance contract.
Software Warranty Terms
For the POS system Septim we provide quality guarantee for period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
We provide a warranty on defects that prevent the use of software in accordance with the purpose for which it was supplied to the customer, but in case that the customer complaint without undue delay, after he had a chance to find it out. On the other hand, we do not provide a guarantee in cases where the defect is caused by the wrong handling of the software or hardware equipment on which the software is installed.
Removal of defects in the software is performed in headquarters of ASW Systems within 30 days of receiving the complaint. In case of justified complaints we will provide within 48 hours limited operation of the system.
After the warranty period, we provide standard post-warranty service for cash register hardware

Hardware is diagnosed after acceptance and then notified the description of the defect together with proposals for repair and cost estimation. In some cases it is not economically advantageous to repair the hardware so we suggest you to purchase new equipment or redemption of loan, if the loan was utilized.
The processing of repairs is within 30 days from the date of receiving the device.
Speed of the start of solving defects affect the severity and type of defects and type of the maintenance contract.
