Marketing event is one of the motivation tools, which could be used to offer something “extra” to your customers in exchange for their loyalty. Commonly it can be used, where buying of one recipe causes the buying of another one.
Examples:
- Free coffee for every cake.
- Free espresso with the raspberry dessert (or for the half of the price).
- During the summer free Ice cream for our VIP customers so it is offered to VIPs automatically when the bill is opened.
Marketing event, as well as Happy Hours, can be limited for exact week day or hours within the opening time.
Discount program evaluates only the consumption of one open account. It does not work with all accounts registered to the specific customer. Setting can be extended to monitor the current day - a CRM program can provide the check of one account and all customer accounts opened within the current day.

Recipe in the special offer
The recipe in offer is a program, through which you can reach new customers and attract them to your premise. Voucher discount on one predefined item from the menu or a coupon for a free glass of wine, offered at the right time and at the right place - it surely belongs among such attractions. All of the coupons are loaded in the program in advance and then are simply checked at the register.
The coupon can be defined that way, so it could be applied to one particular recipe or for more recipes or to a group of recipes. It can be defined as a price reduction in the range of 1% to 100%. Each of coupons / vouchers may be defined by its period of validity.
Examples:
- it is necessary to add 1000 vouchers into the magazine for 50%discount for all beer types offered in the restaurant.
To activate and checking of vouchers is the barcode scanner an ideal solution. It is possible to enter the voucher number on the touch screen.
Special offers
Special offers program joins and extends Marketing event and X-th recipe in special offer and it is focused on a motivation sales support and regular customer’s benefits.
Examples:
- Free espresso for every main course, Free bottle of wine for four main courses – it uses the benefits combination related to the increasing number of sold items.
- 10th and 11th beer in offer – in exchange of charged beers, discounted in offer, customer will get an opportunity of discount for 10th and 11th beer on the bill. If different kinds of beer are charged, the discount could be applied on the cheapest or expensive one.
- 3rd cocktail for free customer gets for third same type cocktail (or from the same cocktail group) 100% discount.

CRM program season ticket allows to record up to 10 various type of tickets and use them for service prepayment (pool entrance, sauna, fitness…).
By the charging of used services or products the debit on the account is decreased, while the system allows to limit the validity of the prepaid service or product.
The settings of the system allows the e-mail messaging onto customer's address with an information about the upcoming end of the validity, recharging or simply using.
Recipe for free
Discount program, which allows you to manually generate vouchers on the basis of which allows the free recipe use.
Examples:
- it is necessary to add 1000 vouchers for one espresso for free, into the magazine.

The gift voucher
Actually it is a cheque in a nominal value, which is sold at the cash register or customer could get one automatically, when meets required parameters, such as reaching a certain value of consumption.
Of course, there is the sale and use of Gift certificates as a presents, when you can bless another loyal customer.
You can use various kinds of vouchers in the system. And thanks to the extended possibility of the voucher definition, the work with them is really variable:
- Voucher could be set for exact customers range and allow them to have different price level,
- You can limit, from and till what amount on the bill the customer is allowed to get the voucher,
- As well as simply limit the maximal amount on the bill,
- And of course, limit the time validity of the voucher.
Note:
- It is expected, that every business wants to have a marketing tool for the Gift vouchers developed in their own design, so the Septim does not print vouchers, but based on the barcode it activates them and work with them
- Each voucher can be used to pay the bill only once, even in cases where the customer does not use the full amount of the value of the voucher.
Using of gift vouchers can be time limited by an appropriate setting of the discount program. For example, adjustment of the time of the discount program from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. will limit the use of the gift certificates for a time period between 8 and 16 o'clock. Similarly, you can limit the use for the date or day of the week.
Birthday or names day mailing
This is a functionality that allows you to automatically send e-mail on the occasion of birthday or names day of your guests.
X-th recipe in the offer
X-th recipe in the offer provides to the customer immediate reward at the time of eating food or drinking beverages. The customer does not need to come next time and keep in mind the discount, but draws off and eaten right now. Additionally, gets what consumes and hence what he likes and what he liked! He is then motivated to achieve certain - privileged - number or to achieve discounted prices. The system automatically evaluates the account, if the customer is entitled to the x-th recipe for free or the x-th recipe for a discounted price.

- Every second glass of Jameson charged with the 50% discount
Note: This CRM is able to work with one recipe only.
Time periods
Septim uses time periods for the timely based service charge, e.g. pool entrance.
Next visit discount
There may be cases when a customer offered a discount on the consumption refuses and will use it next time. In this case, CRM program “discount next time” allows you to create bonus discounts. At the next visit, the operator will automatically offer to use like partial payment of the account.
Bonus is timely limitable.
Points collecting for the recipe
Allows you to collect points for purchased recipe / sale items. Collected points can then be converted to financial bonuses and these subsequently use to cover consumption.
Points are counted after the account is closed. Items are added to the account according to the sum of the quantities and prices of the charged recipes and will allocate points according to the setting of the CRM program.
The receipt can be printed with information about the number of points for the recipe account, the number of extra points for the recipe, and the current status of the customer point’s account.
Points collecting for the invoice
Providing the point collection for bills. Collected points can also be converted to further financial bonuses and those subsequently used to cover consumption.
Points are counted after the account is closed. Points are awarded for a final price after discounts through customer bonuses, so when account is CZK 1500 and applies customer bonus of CZK 300, points allocated are calculated from CZK 1200. It can be set to the minimum amount of the account under which the bonus is not allocated.
The receipt can be printed with information about the number points on the bill, per bill and the current status of the customer points account. You need to add the new print type elements such Customer Data into the footer of your invoices.
Price level change according to the turnover within the past period
Performs automatically change of price categories and discounts to customers according to the setting of turnover during the period.
CRM + program can be configured to when the price category or categories of price discounts and customer are changed, the notification email will be sent to the email address of the customer. If the customer does not have a specified email address, the email is not sent. Email is not sent even in the case of any unspecified parameter CRM + program related to sending emails (sender, subject, and the text of the e-mail).
Discount programs
On charged items it is possible to apply a discount using discount programs. This procedure will ensure greater supervision on provided discounts.
Discount program, a controlled amount of discount on a particular item may be choose charged right on the cash register, or it can be additionally assigned to the items already charged on the open account.
The advantage of using discount programs instead of entering the classical way discounts is the possibility of setting a limit on the configuration and authorization according to the security level.
Discount programs may or may not be linked to the voucher.
