Consulting and training
We would like to offer to all of our new and current customers our training services. The goal is to transfer a basic knowledge about the system operation and teach them how to effectively use these system tools.
For beginners there is training database, which allows to securely learn all training actions.
The number of members is limited by the space and used presentation technology and it is recommended not to exceed 5 per per lector. The training space is upon the agreement, it is possible to use our own venue in ASW headquarter.
Webinar
We are glad to offer you the webinar training method. It is a form of on-line training, which is provided over the internet and web browser. As a webinar member you do not need any other special software or hardware, the only needed tool is your PC and stable internet connection.
We can split trainings into several groups by topics:
Septim - for beginners
Training is designed to get a basic knowledge about the Septim use. During the training all members are informed about the most important attributes of the system, needed for daily work. After the training they will be able to do their daily routine works.

The course is addressed for new employee to get familiar with the POS system.

The course is designed to get the complex knowledge and skills needed for effective work with the Septim system. During the course are members introduced with all functionalities of the Septim, which they will need for their daily work. After the training they will be able to fully use the system. The knowledge on the level of Septim for beginners is expected.

Consulting
In addition to the standard courses we offer individual training for one participant, which is performed in the form of consultations. The duration, content and the structure depends on previously agreed scenario. Within the range we commonly take into account internal procedures.
So individual consultations provides a clarification of problems and situations, with which you need assistance, does not matter, if in your database of the cash register or hotel system.
Consultations can be provided personally, by phone or e-mail - according to the complexity of the problem and needed time.
