Septim Fitness is an information system for the management of the sport, relax or wellness center, solarium studio or any other club membership based premises.

The purpose of each club's membership (from the perspective of the operator) are satisfied guests and (from the guests perspective) the option to draw member benefits. To achieve the objectives, there is the CRM system integrated into the information system, which plays an essential role.

Septim Fitness system is a complex tool, which delivers actual info about all sport events in the club. Its back-bone is a CRM module, which ensures detailed work with Customers, Price categories and Member benefits, member passes included. Work with customers allows individual price and discount adjustment for various activities and provides a clear overview of visits, used activities, purchased goods and a detailed breakdown of all payments made. The CRM module are special accounts for corporate customers, which clearly register all customers of the company and, if necessary, also allows individual settings.

The system allows management training lessons, i.e. specific services provided according to the timetable within a defined capacity and assigned lector. By using lessons you can compile training schedules. Lesson module contains an interface for connection to the on-line reservation system (please note, on-line booking system is not part of the Septim Fitness, it is custom made according to customer's request).

For the purpose of the sport center operation, system offers a range of additional functionalities and hardware support like tourniquets and parking barriers.
